The room is approximately 15m2 in size, has a bed, a wardrobe, a sofa and a small table. The shared apartment includes a bathroom with daylight and toilet, a separate toilet, a living kitchen with a large table and bench, a living room with TV and a garden with a lounge for shared use. The rent of CHF 690.-- includes ancillary costs such as electricity, heating, Wi-Fi and a bicycle parking space in the garage. A parking space can be rented for CHF 60.-- (covered) or CHF 50.-- (outdoors) if needed. The room is only rented for single use by one person, the minimum rental period is 12 months. A deposit of 2 months' rent must be paid when the contract is signed. On foot, it is approximately 12 minutes to the train station.
