The unfurnished room is 14 sqm large and is located in a 4-room apartment with a large, very bright and sunny living room, with balcony and chimney (there's plenty of light). Additionally, there's a attic and basement to store things. The apartment looks generally brand new and beautiful and is located on the 2nd floor (a little exercise probably makes you happier). The kitchen is well-equipped with the latest appliances: dishwasher, oven, ceramic stove. The bathroom has a bathtub and a large window to nature with blue sky, fresh air, and green trees. Cleanliness, quietness, respect, and privacy are highly valued. We live centrally at Berninaplatz; near Uni-Irchel, Tierspital, Sternörlikon, Allenmoos swimming pool. * 5 minutes walk to University Irchel, Tierspital. * Tram stops 10, 14 (100m), 9 and 7 (150m) are very close. * Rent 840.- CHF (all inclusive) * Each person pays two months' rent as a deposit.
