Very quiet garden 3 1/2 apartment on the ground floor, just a few minutes' walk from the Rhine

The apartment is completely furnished, as is your room. I'm looking for an uncomplicated person who will maintain order and cleanliness, which is a given. You're free to move around the entire apartment, as well as in the garden or on the terrace. Your room has a direct view of the garden. We live in a dead-end street where the speed limit is 20 km/h. If you have an e-bike, you can charge it in the garden and it will be dry. If you're an artist, we have space in the large garden house where you can express yourself. The large garden invites friends over for joint barbecue evenings. Your room is also my office, but if you want to sleep or withdraw, you're welcome to do so. As for me, I'm 36 years old, sporty, and go to the gym several times a week. I ride my bike or swim in the Rhine every day. I'm uncomplicated, open, and often travel, but I'm introverted. I'm employed, but I only work 50% with my own gardening company. My 14-year-old Scottish Shepherd, Arya, also lives with me. She's lovely and very affectionate. I only speak German, so we need to be able to communicate in German. Write something about yourself, your hobbies, occupation, and why you'd like to live with me.
