Very quiet garden 3 1/2 apartment on the ground floor just a few minutes walk to the Rhine

Looking for a roommate for a small but cozy 3.5 room apartment. Please only animal-loving people who also appreciate a quiet, harmonious vibe in their home. The apartment has a large garden in the backyard (rare to find in the city of Basel) and a balcony. Your room has a direct view of the garden and is also fully furnished with a loft bed, sofa, lamps, wool carpet, TV, small office, and closet. We live in a dead-end street where a maximum speed of 20 km/h is allowed. If you have an e-bike, you can charge it in the garden and it's also dry. The large garden invites friends for joint evenings. As for me, I'm 36 years old, sporty, and go to the gym several times a week, ride my bike or swim in the Rhine every day. I'm uncomplicated, open, and travel a lot, but I'm introverted. I'm employed but only work 55% with my own gardening company. Arya, my 14-year-old Scottish Shepherd, also lives with me; she's lovely and very affectionate.
