Furnished room available in a 3.5-room shared apartment in Baar from beginning September 2026. The room will be available for one year, until September 2027, while I will be away for work in another city. Further extensions might be possible. The apartment is on the ground floor and consist of a two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, one bathroom, balcony and basement storage unit. One room is already occupied by a 29 years old professional (male). The second one (15 m2) will become available from beginning September. A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is available in the building for all residents. The apartment is 4 minutes away by foot from the train station and grocery. Pets are NOT allowed.
