The apartment has a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. We are looking for a quiet, clean, and reliable person, preferably employed. The apartment is a non-smoking household. Rent: CHF 850.– per month Utilities: Electricity and water are billed proportionally Deposit: 2 months' rent Move-in: from September 15, 2026 Rental period: September 15, 2026, to January 31, 2027, with the possibility of extension Location: Zurich HB: approx. 9 minutes by bus Oerlikon: approx. 15 minutes by public transport Good to know: In the same apartment, a second, slightly smaller room is available separately.
