I will be moving soon, so I am looking for a subtenant. The room is very spacious, has direct balcony access and furniture. There are 3 nice roommates, all between 20 and 30 years old, it's a mixed shared apartment. Tram and bus stops are 5 minutes away. Migros is also 5 minutes away. The walk from the Biozentrum takes 15 minutes. The train station is also less than 10 minutes away, which is almost perfect if you have to commute often. Despite the central location, there is hardly any noise, you can concentrate or relax very well. The rent is 1011CHF for the first 6 months, after that it will be reduced to 943.
