Room for rent in a shared apartment

Hi everyone! I'm looking for a student or worker to sublet a semi-furnished room in the apartment I live in, in Lugano, on Via Berna. The apartment is located in the city center, very convenient and well served by public transport. The apartment has two private rooms, a bathroom with a washing machine, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, and a terrace. I also live with Margot, my 4-year-old setter, who is very affectionate. The person I'm looking for is sunny, empathetic, attentive to sharing common spaces, and of course, an animal lover. The monthly rent for the room is 700 Fr. + expenses and is available from September 1st or a date to be agreed upon. If you're interested, don't hesitate to contact me.
