In the evening, you can enjoy the sun and the magnificent view of Melchnau and the surrounding greenery. The ancillary costs for water and heating are billed at a flat rate of CHF 175 per month. The flat rate includes: clean water, wastewater, heating costs. The hot water supply is provided by a boiler assigned to the respective apartment's electricity meter. If desired, outdoor parking spaces can be rented for an additional monthly fee of CHF 50.00, or indoor parking spaces in the hall for CHF 100.00.
