Equipment: Relaxation chair, couch, desk, chair as well as a shelf and office materials. Building: The newly built building is wheelchair accessible with underground parking and elevator. Co-tenants : The building houses, among other things, physiotherapy, fitness and wellness studios. Kitchen: Shared use of kitchen. Toilets: Shared use of toilets, IV-WC. Utilities included. Availability: From 01.09.2026 - By arrangement, approx. 1-3 days a week, flexible. Location: Frauenfeld, Maurerstrasse 6, 2nd floor. Rent: - CHF 250.- / month for 1 day a week. - CHF 500.- / month for 2 days a week. - CHF 750.- / month for 3 days a week. (Days or times to be agreed upon).
