I will stay in the apartment and look forward to creating a new, uncomplicated shared flat. About the apartment: Modern apartment, completely renovated three years ago. Two balconies, one of which is directly connected to the room. Two bathrooms: one with shower, toilet, and sink, and one with bathtub and sink. Bright rooms. Great location. Garage + CHF 150 per month. Pets allowed after consultation with the landlord. Rent: total CHF 2550, per room CHF 900.-, since I have the smallest room without a balcony by far.Room 1: 15m2 with balconyRoom 2: 16m2 without balcony The apartment is located at Schwarztorstrasse 103 in Bern. The connection is great: three tram lines and one bus line stop directly in front of the house, and Bern train station can be reached in just three stops. Shopping facilities and everything important for daily life are also nearby. About me: I am 23 years old and work a classic 9-to-5 job. In my free time, I like to be on the move, meet friends, or enjoy the city. At home, I appreciate a relaxed atmosphere and like it tidy. Move-in: Room 2: from October 1st, the last three pictures show this room, currently still with the furniture of the previous tenant.
