Exchange wonderful 3.5-room apartment with large terrace for smaller one

Exchange wonderful modern 3.5-room apartment with huge terrace for a smaller one I am looking for a great 2-3 room apartment and offer my wonderful 3.5-room apartment with 100m2 and 40m2 terrace for exchange. The apartment is super modern, has 2 bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with bath), has large windows everywhere to the floor and is therefore very bright. Quietly located and central. 10 minutes by tram to the train station, 5 minutes on foot to the Limmat. The terrace has space for lounge, table, grill and more. From the living room and the terrace you can see the Ütliberg and it's nicely green. It has a washing machine and a dryer in the apartment. The 3rd room is with two sliding doors, so the apartment has a loft character and is more suitable for couples than for shared flats. I'm looking for a comparable apartment, at least 50m2 up to a maximum of 2800 CHF with a large balcony or seating area.
