We are looking for a sublessee for our great and special attic apartment in the heart of Neftenbach, as of 01.10.2026. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of the "Platane" commercial building in the center of Neftenbach. The apartment has 2.5 rooms and is built in loft style. One bedroom and one bathroom are separately lockable. On the upper floor, there is a gallery and a large storage room. The apartment is one of three attic apartments with a young, sympathetic tenant community. A large, covered balcony (approx. 4x2.5m) to the central meadow with plenty of evening sun is also available. The apartment is not suitable for families with children. A basement compartment also belongs to the apartment, and two underground parking spaces can be rented additionally. The house has a bakery, a drugstore, a hairdresser, a physiotherapy practice, and the cantonal police. The apartment can be taken over at the end of September or by arrangement.
