Atmosphere with intergenerational, artistic, creative and ecological support. Total rent + charges + cohabitation services: CHF 1060.- In detail below: Furnished rent: CHF 625.- + CHF 160.- standard additional costs (water, electricity, heating) + CHF 100.- common grocery store accessible 24/7 for residents, with basic products (spices, flour, eggs) and organic vegetables directly from the local producer as well as vegetables from the garden. + CHF 100.- cohabitation services as follows: - common areas: 200m2 (cafeteria, multipurpose room, laundry room, gardens, lounges...) shared with 20 other eco-inhabitants who each have their private accommodation. - wifi, taxes (SERAFE, ECA) - homemade soaps and detergents with laundry room 24/7 ----------- Parking space (optional): + 60.-/month Important: There is a request for a contribution to the collective: 10h/month (8h from the 2nd year) for tasks such as gardening, soap making, cleaning of common areas, according to needs.
