During my four-month stay abroad, I am renting out my 3.5-room apartment to someone who wants to enjoy the benefits of a housing cooperative during this time (low rent, great apartment) and takes care of this apartment. The location is superb: you can quickly get to the city of Thun, the train station, or the Aare, and yet the neighborhood is relatively quiet. The rent for this apartment includes smaller amenities. The apartment is (partially) furnished. I am renting out the apartment from November 1, 2026, to February 28, 2027.
