Reinforcement sought for our 3-person shared flat with 9.8m² room

Who are we? An uncomplicated adult shared flat with three working roommates between the ages of 29 and 40, and we are looking for a person who wants to become a long-term part of our shared flat. The room: 9.8 m² large, bright attic apartment, huge balcony, quiet residential area with pleasant neighborhood. Furnished: 530 CHF or unfurnished for 460 CHF. What to expect: We have a friendly and lively Labrador who loves walks. Therefore, it is a requirement to like dogs. Costs: Almost everything is included in the rent: electricity, water, WLAN, waste, Serafe, and other ancillary costs. Only your personal expenses such as mobile subscription, insurance, or your own streaming services are added. Additionally, a cleaning lady comes every two weeks. About us: We work in different professions and bring a varied everyday life. We consider respectful and uncomplicated interaction important. Each person has their own life, yet we appreciate a pleasant and relaxed cohabitation. Who we are looking for: You are reliable, tidy, and not just looking for a temporary solution, but want to stay for at least a year or longer.
