Description

We are selling our prefabricated building on the Leutswil campsite (near Bischofszell) in the canton of Thurgau. The prefabricated building has a built-in kitchen, a seating area with a corner bench, a fridge-freezer combination, a terrace for warm summer evenings, and a solid wooden floor with laminate. The prefabricated building has a winter structure (extra reinforced) and a bright sky for a pleasant room climate. The prefabricated building must be purchased, and an annual rent and membership with the Thurgau Camping Club will be charged. Purchase price CHF 12,000.- (without caravan), can possibly be taken over immediately. VIEWING POSSIBLE BY ARRANGEMENT Of course, the prefabricated building can also be bought without pitch rent, but it would have to be dismantled by the beginning of September at the latest.
