The room is available from September 15th. The most important things in brief: Rent: CHF 1,190.- per month Move-in: from September 15th Furniture: If desired, the bed, mattress, and wardrobe can be taken over from Teresa for a total of CHF 300.- You will share the apartment with us, Timon and Leo (both around 30). We are in our working lives and like a relaxed, considerate cohabitation without obligation. We are looking for a roommate aged 25 or older who appreciates an uncomplicated shared apartment life. You can reach Zurich Oerlikon train station in about 4 minutes on foot. The apartment is super conveniently located directly above the Coop. Denner and Aldi are within a minute's walk.
