Hello everyone :) We are renting a shared accommodation room on the first floor in our large house in Küsnacht. The shared use includes the entire single-family house, including garage and outdoor parking spaces as well as the large garden. The property is located in a quiet area in the middle of nature and yet very central. The bus stop "Itschnach Fallacher" can be reached in just 4 minutes on foot. The Stadelhofen train station is thus only 20 minutes away. Coop 5min, football and tennis court 3min, forest 1min. Included in the additional costs: cleaning staff (every two weeks) including cleaning materials, vacuum cleaner, internet, electricity, water, and heating oil We - Joshi (26 management), Fabio (24 banking), Kenny (35 software engineer), Laura (33 real estate), Seraina (31 flight attendant) and Charlize (21 police training) live together in a shared accommodation in a house in Küsnacht and rent a room from October 1st, 2026 or earlier by agreement. We are looking for a sociable roommate who is looking for more than just a functional shared accommodation. We look forward to hearing from you.
