The apartment is modernly equipped with a kitchen (including dishwasher), bathroom, living room, and a practical storage room. The free room is generously cut, has a parquet floor, and its own balcony, which provides a lot of light and additional space. A cellar compartment is included for everything else that might be in the way. The location is quiet, and at the same time, you can reach the train station in about 15 minutes by bus. You can reach the Aare or the forest in 5 minutes on foot, ideal for walks, sports, or simply relaxing. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use in the cellar and are usually easily accessible. I am looking for a female or male flatmate between 18-25 years old, ideally a student and a non-smoker. I think it would be suitable if you were also a rather quiet person who doesn't have a preference for house parties and sees the apartment as a retreat. However, if you occasionally also feel like having a game or movie night (bonus points for a reading night), I would be happy about it.
