Description

Dear future roommate, I would like to rent out a room in my large apartment. This room is currently being used as an office, but it can easily be relocated to the second part of my bedroom. The apartment is a 4.5-room apartment with 102 m², has a balcony, basement, a laundry room, and free outdoor parking spaces around the building. I am looking for a female roommate (no male roommate), who is a non-smoker and has no pets. If you are athletic, that's a small plus, because a fitness room is available in the apartment. I wish to bring some life back into the apartment, even though I have been feeling very comfortable alone for a few months. My main goal is not to reduce financial costs, but to find a trustworthy, respectful person with whom an uncomplicated and natural interaction is possible. Sharing an apartment also means to me that both people can still really feel at home.
