Hello, A lease takeover is available for this beautiful shared accommodation, preferably from the end of August, or earlier depending on availability (possibly later if necessary). The shared accommodation has a large common area and a terrace. It is fully equipped, all just 5 minutes' walk from the train station. The room overlooks a quiet green space. You will be living with a woman and two men aged 29, 34, and 41, all working in different professions and sharing an interest in sports and music. I am looking for someone in the same age range, but this is not a hard rule. Joint activities are done spontaneously, without any pressure to participate. The atmosphere is convivial, while respecting each person's space and rhythm. If you are interested, do not hesitate to leave a brief description of yourself. We can then organize a visit.
