Shared Room, 7000 Chur

Location: The apartment is located at the foot of Welschdörfli and is therefore very central. In a few minutes' walk, you are in the middle of the old town or at the train station. The bus stop is right in front of the house door, and if you've forgotten something while shopping, the Cooptankstellenshop next door is open daily until 10:00 PM ;) The room is: It's a large room (18 m^2) in a 4.5-room old building apartment. The shared living room is large and has access to a balcony with a view of the Chur Hausberg Mittenberg. A special highlight is the large cellar, which in my case offers a lot of space for all sports equipment. I'm looking for: I'm looking for an open-minded, uncomplicated, and tidy person who is in the middle of life and likes to share their home with someone. It would be nice if you also like to be outdoors and in nature in your free time and hobbies. I am: Fabian, mechanical engineer, early 40s, and passionate tinkerer. In the summer, I'm often on the road with my Büssli and mountain bike - always looking for the most beautiful trails. In the winter, you can find me either on the slope with my snowboard or skis or somewhere on a ski tour - hopefully with a lot of powder.
