Shared Room, 8408 Winterthur

The shared flat is located in a spacious 6.5-room maisonette apartment on the 2nd floor. The kitchen has been recently modernly renovated and is well-equipped. Additionally, the apartment has a small balcony and a large basement storage room. In the basement, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a separate drying room. The room is bright with a high ceiling and approximately 15m2 in size. The location is very practical: Coop, Migros, pharmacy, library, and bus stop are within a 3-minute walk. By bus or bike, you can reach the city center in about 10 minutes. Who we are: Andri (26) - You can usually find me doing sports or conjuring up delicious meals. In my company, order is rarely a problem. I also completed my bachelor's degree in business engineering this summer. Tim (27) - I'm uncomplicated and known for my bad humor (which grows on you). I'm currently still studying computer science. In my free time, I like to do sports (fitness, volleyball, etc.), consume media, or game with friends. Alessia (22) - From September, I'll be studying health promotion and prevention at the ZHAW. In my free time, I like to be outdoors and active. You can find me jogging, cycling, hiking, or snowboarding. On quiet evenings, I like to read a good crime novel. We're looking for an open and uncomplicated person around our age. We value a friendly and relaxed living atmosphere. We enjoy spending time together, but we also respect each other's need for alone time.
