I'm Marco, I do a lot of sports and I like to cook. My two flatmates are moving out of our 3-person shared apartment. I'm staying in the apartment and rebuilding the shared flat. For this, I'm looking for a person who will move in as a subtenant. Additionally, another main tenant is being sought. Location Badstrasse, Baden, 2 minutes to the train station, many shops within walking distance. 5th floor and large terrace with a view of Baden. Your room approx. 8 m² CHF 950 / month (including advance payment for utilities and heating) available immediately Direct access to the large terrace You can also set up a part of the living room for yourself (e.g. sofa/TV corner or desk) The apartment (4.5 rooms, approx. 123 m²) Huge living/dining room (~65 m²) Modern kitchen 2 bathrooms Washing machine and dryer in the apartment Basement storage and elevator Highlights Very large terrace (~50 m²) with a view over Baden 5th floor (top floor) bright and quiet Beamer with large screen and music system in the living room Only shops below us, so sometimes louder music is possible in the evening Only one neighboring apartment, very relaxed Additional free For another room (approx. 15 m², CHF 1300.- including utilities advance payment, available from early October) a co-main tenant is being sought. These room prices are only possible if both rooms can be rented. Who I'm looking for Non-smoker preferred Gender irrelevant uncomplicated Important: it has to be a good human fit It shouldn't be just a functional shared apartment. It would be nice if we could occasionally have dinner or do something together. At the same time, each person should get the freedom they need.
