Description

The room is part of a charming old building apartment and part of a 3-person shared flat on the 4th floor. The apartment is located between Kreuzbleiche and Burgweiher in a quiet neighborhood. In the shared flat, we share the living room, a bathroom, the kitchen, and the guest room. The room is unfurnished and approximately 15sqm in size. Laundry and bike room as well as a cellar compartment are located in the basement. Move-in date between September 1st and October 1st, we will surely find a suitable solution. In the shared flat live Silvan and Melina, both 29. Silvan works in a bar and as a courier. Melina is active in the social sector and studies part-time. From joint activities to hermit life (max. 3 days ;-) ) everything has its place with us. What we mean by this: we are neither a commune nor a functional shared flat. We are looking for a cosmopolitan, sociable, and social person around our age.
