The apartment is shared with the main tenant. A kitchen, a shared balcony, and a laundry room are available for shared use. The bathroom has a separate shower and a bathtub . The bathtub is mainly used by the main tenant, while the separate shower is usually available to the new flatmate. The location at Glattpark is very practical. A Coop can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot and the connection to public transport is also good. We are looking for a clean, uncomplicated, and respectful person . Age and gender do not matter.
