We; Stella (21) and Valerie (29) are looking for a new roommate to move into our cozy shared apartment in Gütschwald starting September 1, 2026. About Stella: Stella loves the lake, cooking, baking (you'll benefit from it), flea markets, being outdoors, and everything creative. When she's not at work, studying, or visiting her parents in Thurgau, she enjoys spending her evenings in the shared apartment and keeping things quiet. She loves good conversations and cozy shared apartment evenings, but she's also up for any fun. Stella will start her part-time studies in Bern in September and works part-time as a FaGe. Valerie: Valerie loves cooking, wine, good conversations, sports, and her friends. When she's not working or in her home office, she loves being on the go. Whether it's abroad, with her boyfriend, or simply in Lucerne, in the city. You can always count on her for a good conversation and a glass of wine. She enjoys conversations but also appreciates having her peace after a long day of work. She loves Christmas and is particularly looking forward to the cozy time in the shared apartment What's important to us? We're not a functional shared apartment. We're looking for someone (20-30 years old) who actively participates in shared apartment life but also pursues their own daily routine. You're open, tolerant, and available for good conversations? Ideally, you're also funny. Additionally, we're looking for someone who brings a good sense of order and cleanliness. Friends are always welcome, but we're not a party shared apartment. If you have a desire to make changes to the furnishings or decorations, we're always open to it. Soon, a grill will be added to our balcony!!!
