Each person has their own bathroom and bedroom. The living room, kitchen, dining room, storage room, cellar, and extra room/office are shared. The apartment has its own laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The very spacious terrace (42 m2) with evening sun can be accessed from each room and is also available for shared use. Parking spaces (including tire storage) are available in the underground garage for an additional CHF 120.00 rent.
