The apartment (3.5 rooms, approximately 100m2) has an additional room (which I occupy myself). Furthermore, there are other rooms that we use together: a spacious living and dining room with a fireplace a kitchen an entrance area a bathroom with a separate toilet The laundry room is shared with the other parties in the house. Thanks to a well-functioning laundry schedule, short-term laundry appointments are usually possible without any problems. If you need additional storage space, you can use the basement compartment. For bicycles, a garage is available. Directly in front of the house, there are also numerous parking spaces in the blue zone (exceptional for Bern). The room price includes ancillary costs (electricity, water, internet, Serafe) Rental from September 1, 2026, to March 2027 Exceptional for Bern: a very long blue zone directly in front of the house. In the evenings/nights, this is hardly used, and there is almost always space.
