From around mid-September, a room in our shared apartment will become available, so we are looking for someone friendly to take over as a subtenant. About the apartment: The 5.5-room apartment is located in a residential area (Webermühle) in Neuenhof AG, directly on the Limmat. The apartment has 2 balconies, a day toilet, a bathroom, a living room, a chill corner, and a kitchen. Additionally, there is a free laundry and drying room that can be used. The room: Area: 12.1 m², bed (including slatted frame and mattress), wardrobe, and desk can be purchased, rent: 600.-/month. Your flatmates: Yuna (she/her), 26: Completed her master's degree in film studies and gender studies at the University of Zurich at the beginning of the year. In addition to her current work in the cinema and film festival industry, the open-minded Liechtensteiner is also working towards an academic career. Kilian (they/them), 23: Currently studying political science and modern Asia and Middle Eastern studies in their master's program. In addition to this, they are involved in politics, go skiing (a lot) in the winter, and try to go hiking or windsurfing in the summer. Noëlle (she/her), 26: Works as an online shop manager. She is a passionate vegan and metalhead and loves surfing, traveling, burlesque, cooking, concerts, cosplays, skiing, gym, movies, and everything around Japan, spirituality, and horror. Shopping and connections: Shopping centers can be reached within 10 minutes by bus. Additionally, there is a shop in the residential area. The apartment is about 5 minutes from Wettingen train station. From there, there are numerous connections to Zurich (~25 minutes to Zurich main station), Hönggerberg (~30 minutes to Höngg), or Brugg (~13 minutes). What we are looking for: We are looking for a young person who wants to move in long-term. We are a queer shared apartment, so FLINTA people (women, lesbians, intersex, non-binary, transgender, agender people) are preferred. The shared apartment is suitable for students at the University of Zurich and ETH Zurich, but this is not a requirement. We are also looking for a social person who likes to have a beer with us in the evening or join in on joint activities.
