The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood near the Eulachpark. Oberwinterthur train station is just an 8-minute walk away. Hegi train station and several bus stops are also nearby. Shopping facilities like Migros, Coop, and other stores are within walking distance. The apartment is very spacious and filled with light thanks to the many windows. It has a sunny balcony and a large, modern kitchen with plenty of workspace and storage. The apartment has two bathrooms. The room is rented with its own bathroom (as shown in the photos).
