In our cozy 3-person shared apartment in Ostring, a room will become available from October 1, 2026. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a multi-family house and has a total of 92 m². The available room is bright and approximately 16 m² in size. It will be handed over furnished if desired. The apartment also includes a basement and attic compartment, which provides additional storage space. The shared apartment is home to Matt (m, 31) and Annika (f, 25). We are looking for a quiet and uncomplicated person who values order and cleanliness. You should be between 25 and 39 years old (female/male/diverse). We are all very busy with studies and work and appreciate being able to retire to our rooms in the evenings. If you value independence and also enjoy spending time alone, you will feel comfortable with us. We are not a party shared apartment. Friends are of course welcome to visit at any time. The rent is 610 CHF per month, including utilities and WiFi. A tram stop is located directly in front of the house door, and you can reach the train station in just 10 minutes by tram.
