From September 1, 2026, a 13.7 m² room will be available in our modern 5.5-room apartment in the Sidi area of Winterthur. The apartment is located on the ground floor in a quiet area and offers everything that makes shared living enjoyable: two bathrooms, a spacious kitchen with a cooking island that opens onto the living area with TV, as well as a retreat with its own washing tower. Additionally, it was built to the Minergie standard, which means it is relatively pleasant during the current heatwave and also well-insulated in winter. The highlight, however, is the large terrace with a grill and a cozy lounge. The location is also great: Winterthur's main train station can be reached by bus or bike in about 6 minutes, and the old town is only a 7-minute walk away. Who we are: Your future roommates are Lisa, Kevin, and Eve, all between 27 and 30 years old. Kevin is a lawyer and in his free time, you can find him at almost every salsa and bachata party in the Winterthur/Zurich area. Lisa spends most of her week teaching primary school children, unless she's working on her studies as an ABU teacher at vocational schools. Otherwise, she does a lot of yoga and loves going to concerts. Eve has just completed her bachelor's degree in social work. She plays the piano and loves puzzles. We lead an uncomplicated shared living life, where everyone has their own space, but we also don't miss out on shared moments. Sometimes we have a joint dinner, sometimes we go to the music festivals together, or we meet up spontaneously in the living room and end up in deep conversations. Who we're looking for: An open, uncomplicated, and outgoing person between 25 and 35 who wants to join our shared apartment and contribute to a beautiful living situation. It's essential that you become a co-tenant, i.e., we're looking for someone who is at least partially employed. Are you interested?
