The apartment has a living room with a chimney, a small covered balcony with a wonderful view of the mountains and surroundings, and an open kitchen. The spacious bathroom has a bathtub and a separate shower. The apartment in chalet style is located directly next to the bus stop Rathaus in Zizers. Shopping opportunities and public parking are in the immediate vicinity. A laundry room, storage space in the attic (no basement), are available for shared use. The shared room is unfurnished, has built-in closets, and a large window. The kitchen, living room, and bathroom are available for shared use. The room is available from July 1st or earlier by arrangement. Monthly rent: 745.- per month (excluding ancillary costs, such as electricity/serafe/internet-TV fees).
