Room in 3-room apartment for temporary sublet

I'm renting out my room (18m²) in my beautiful, centrally located 3-room apartment. The apartment is fully furnished. Available from early/mid-October for six months, with the possibility of extension by mutual agreement, exact dates to be discussed. 1090 Fr. including ancillary costs, internet, Netflix, Serafe. Plus EWZ bill every 3 months (approx. 60.- Fr./2). I will be away from early/mid-October for six months (flexible) and possibly giving up the apartment, so it and part of the furniture could be taken over, but this is not yet certain. The contract would be for 6 months, with an option to extend. 2 months' deposit must be possible. The apartment: Bathroom with toilet and bathtub Kitchen with dishwasher and small dining table Living room with TV, dining table, and large (bed) sofa. Balcony with a view of the forest Corridor with built-in wardrobe own room with 3 built-in wardrobes additional room of my roommate The house: Laundry room and tumble dryer, drying room for shared use by 6 parties in the house. Can be used without prior registration. Basement compartment for shared use Location: The apartment is 3 minutes' walk from the Waldgarten tram stop (tram 7, 9) and 5 minutes' walk from the bus stop (Frohburg/Waldgarten, bus 75). The motorway access is 3 minutes away. The apartment is in a 30 km/h zone, no noise from the main street. Opposite the apartment is the forest. 12 minutes' walk to Irchelpark. 3 minutes to Vitaparcours. Zurich HB in 15 minutes, Bellevue in 18 minutes, Oerlikon in 5 minutes, Stettbach station in 12 minutes In the 30 km/h zone, there are blue zone parking spaces. There's always space! Pets are unfortunately not allowed. Who: We would be happy to have a quiet and open-minded roommate (female) who appreciates a cozy evening together. My roommate (f, 33 years old, Spanish) is an investment analyst and kindergarten nanny. We are looking for a subtenant who is looking for a temporary home. Someone who enjoys conversation, joint dinner, or movie nights, but also values their own peace and quiet.
