I am renting out a room in a 4-room apartment to a quiet, clean, and reliable person. About me: I am 40 years old and use the apartment exclusively for professional purposes. During the week, I am usually only present in the evenings, and on weekends, I am not there since my main residence is in Germany. You will have the apartment to yourself most of the time. The following rooms are available for shared use: Kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine Living room Bathroom Balcony The apartment is simply and functionally furnished but offers everything you need for everyday life. Since I have had bad experiences in the past, the rental is not based on the principle of first come, first served. It is important to me to find a person who is reliable, pays attention to cleanliness, and treats the apartment with respect. Therefore, I decide after a selection process who fits best into the flat share.
