In our beautiful 7.5-room apartment, a room is becoming available and we (Adèle, David, Sarah, Lucia, and Simona) are looking for a new roommate (m) (to maintain the balance). We enjoy cooking, eating, and discussing together; sometimes for each other, sometimes with each other. We celebrate risotto in the fall, a ski weekend in the winter, the robot window cleaner (not recommended) in the spring, and the grill in the summer. In short, we live consciously in a shared apartment because we appreciate the community and company. Everyone is active in the Zurich area in architecture, agriculture, or nature conservation. The modern 7.5-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a quiet neighborhood, yet very central and close to the Binz station (S10). The core of the apartment is an open kitchen connected to the dining and living room. Two bathrooms with bathtub/shower and toilet, washing machine/dryer, and a third guest toilet are also available. The loggia with grill and afternoon sun is included. The available room is 17m2 in size and very bright thanks to the generous window front. The rent includes utilities, electricity, Serafe, daily shopping, and cleaning of the common areas.
