Room in a shared apartment in Altdorf (available immediately / Nov 1)

Hey you! In our 4-person shared apartment in the heart of Altdorf, a room is becoming available and we're looking for a new, sociable member to join our group. Who we are & how we live: We are three working guys between 25 and 35 years old. After work, we usually spend the evening together in the living room. On weekends, we like to take advantage of the nearby mountains and lakes to do something. In the summer, we like to have a few beers by the lake, and in the winter, we put on our skis together. Who we're looking for: We're looking for someone (around the same age) who ideally wants something long-term. If you're uncomplicated, like to participate in shared apartment life, and also like to join us for a beer or outing, you'll fit in perfectly with us! The apartment: Our absolute highlight is the very large living room with balconies all around! The view is really great and invites you to linger. Top location: All possible shops are just a stone's throw away. Within walking distance - Bus stop: 1min - Coop: 1min - Dönerbude: 1min - Parking: 1min - Train station: 10min Equipment: We have our own washing machine and dryer in the apartment, as well as a dishwasher. In the basement, we have our own locked storage room with plenty of space. Parking: Affordable, covered parking spaces can be rented nearby. The room: The room is large, with three windows that provide plenty of natural light. It is unfurnished and can be occupied flexibly, either immediately or from November 1st.
