Shared Room in the Best Shared Apartment in the World

After 7 years in the best shared apartment in the world, it's time for me to move out. I'll be moving into my new room on October 1st. If you'd like to move in earlier, you can also move in as early as September. If you're interested, please write a bit about yourself, your interests, and what's important to you in a shared apartment. The room is approximately 30 m2 in size and is located on the 2nd floor of our listed building, which is part of the old Mülenen area in Richterswil. It offers plenty of storage space with two large built-in closets and a small private bathroom with a sink, shower, and small sitting bathtub, which will be all yours. Additionally, it boasts a beautiful view of Lake Zurich. You'll share a spacious kitchen, living and dining room, three toilets, laundry room, and a large hobby room with us. The cleaning of all common areas by a cleaning service is included in the rent. In addition to shared cooking ingredients and utensils, you'll have space in the refrigerators, freezer, and our storage closets to store your personal food. Whether you're a student or already working, it doesn't matter. You're sociable and occasionally like to participate in shared apartment life. You're also considerate and maintain a certain level of order and cleanliness. If you have a green thumb, we'd be happy to have your help with the garden. Other talents, such as a passion for cooking, handyman skills, creativity, musical abilities, or anything else you can think of, are also welcome. We're 4 women and 4 men, between 25 and 34, some studying and some working (many with a focus on environment, sustainability, and biotech, universities: ZHAW and UZH). We're open-minded, enjoy exchanging ideas, and are usually up for a good time. We occasionally cook together, discuss over tea and coffee, sometimes learn together, host movie nights with our projector, and enjoy a swim in the lake during the summer. We also have a small garden in front of the house and like to spend time in our outdoor lounge with a fire pit. Nevertheless, everyone also has their own daily routine, and if you need some quiet time, it's respected and you can easily retreat.
