Room in shared apartment Appital

This is a spacious, bright room (24 m2) in our 6-person shared apartment, located on the second floor with a view of the greenery, in a quiet area. All additional costs are included in the rent (Internet (Wifi), electricity, water, heating, Billag, etc.). The shared apartment is located in a three-story building and has 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, a large kitchen, a large dining/living room, its own washing machine and dryer, and a garden with a seating area (whose design can be actively participated in). A parking space for one car is also available. In the vicinity: bus stop in front of the house, connections to Wädenswil train station every 15 minutes. 10-15 minutes on foot to Au train station (S8 and SN8). Ideal connection for students (ZHAW) without changing trains to Campus Grüental, connections to Campus Reidbach approximately every 15 minutes. 2-3 minutes to the green area between Wädenswil and Horgen. 2 minutes to the highway. We are 3 men and 3 women, between 23 and 36 years old, students and working professionals. We like to do things together, such as having dinner, gardening, grilling in the garden, chilling by the lake, playing games, having movie nights, etc. and are always open to new suggestions. I (Luisa, 26 years old, student) will be abroad from October for 3 months, which is why my room is available for subletting for this period (move-out date negotiable). The room is furnished but cleared of personal belongings. We are looking for an interested, tidy, and LGBTQ+ friendly person who is looking for more than just a functional community. In our 6-person shared apartment, you can always find someone for joint activities, but you can also withdraw easily.
