The apartment was built in 2021 and has a living room, an open kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom with toilet and shower or bathtub, as well as a separate toilet. There is also a basement compartment. Two washing machines are shared with the neighbors. The shared flat is located in a district with social and ecological goals. Interaction in the neighborhood is desirable, but not mandatory. There is also a community garden, individual beds, rentable e-bikes, a fitness room, and Mobility cars right next door. Private car ownership is not allowed according to the rental agreement. With public transportation, you can reach Horgen train station in about 5 minutes and the forest with a mountain lake and a Vita parcours in about 20 minutes.
