Room in Lucerne's Neustadt

Super central in the trendy Neustadt quarter, cool restaurants, bars, and Coop/Migros are within 2 minutes' reach (Coop is on the other side of the street ;)) The Room (we have two rooms that are becoming available) is approximately 14m2 and has a large window front, mainly afternoon and evening sun. In the summer, you have sun in the room until around 8:00 PM. The room naturally includes access to the general living areas of the shared apartment, as well as a basement storage room. The apartment has 4 bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom, and a shower, as well as a super kitchen where you can easily reach everything ;). Unfortunately, we don't have a balcony. However, you'll find many alternatives right outside the door. :) We are: You'll be living with Raphi (30) and Eileen (28), both of whom are working professionals, sporty, enjoy cooking, and are always up for a good time. They're both often on the go but appreciate the time spent together in the shared apartment. Shared apartment evenings are always welcome, and it often happens that people spontaneously hang out together. In the spacious living room, everyone can find a spot to chat, read, or work at the table. We're looking for: Young, open-minded people who enjoy shared apartment life. Someone who likes to do things together but also appreciates quiet moments. Orderliness and cleanliness are also important to us, and we're not a party shared apartment, but we do enjoy shared apartment evenings with games or fun conversations! :) If you can imagine living together, feel free to contact us and tell us what your favorite dish is.
