We are looking for a new roommate for our quiet and relaxed shared apartment in Dübendorf, directly on the city border of Zurich. The apartment is located on the top floor of a small tower and has its own character due to its round shape. By bus or S-Bahn, you can reach Zurich's main station in about 15-20 minutes. Upstairs, there are two semi-circular terraces with a view and a small paddling pool - officially a design object, unofficially sometimes used for cooling off in the summer. The room: - Approx. 12 m² - Floor plan in the shape of a pie piece (really!) - Two large windows with plenty of daylight - Round exterior wall - White, lacquered stone floor The room is not huge, but due to its special cut, it's very cozy and stylish. Costs: CHF 860.- per month, all inclusive: Utility costs, internet, and a cleaning lady who cleans the common areas every two weeks - that means you don't have to constantly worry about the kitchen or bathroom. Move-in: Possible from September 1st About the shared apartment: We are Guido (53) and Valentin (32), both software engineers. We share this special place and enjoy the peace and quiet above all.
