Shared accommodation room / roommate in a large house

Description

I have a large house in Villigen on the Rebberg, right next to the forest, with two rooms that are rented out on a monthly basis. Most of the time, students from PSI live here, but of course, other people are also welcome. On the lowest floor, there is a bathroom/WC & shower for the exclusive use of the students. On the middle floor, there is a bright, large kitchen and a dining room for shared use. Outside, there is a fire pit and a terrace for the summer. One room has a large window. The house is located at the top of the village, directly on the vineyard slope, and enjoys the best view and peace. I prefer quiet, honest roommates and like to live for myself. The view is grandiose, and the bus stop is 3 minutes away (5 minutes at a leisurely pace) with a half-hourly schedule to PSI or Brugg (hourly schedule on weekends).
