Shared flat room partially furnished

Beautiful shared flat room in a 2-person shared flat for rent for one year Due to a one-year foreign assignment, I will be subletting my beautiful shared flat room for one year, available immediately or by arrangement. An extension of the sublease is possible if desired. It is a 2-person shared flat. The room will be rented furnished and generally includes all furniture except a bed. However, we can make adjustments to the furnishings by arrangement. A covered parking space is included in the rent. We value a clean and pleasant living atmosphere and are not a typical functional shared flat. Uncomplicated and respectful cohabitation is important to us.
