Liebe Wohnungs-Suchende :) (english below) Wir, Emile und Loris (25 und 26) sind auf der Suche nach einer/einem Mitbewohner/in in unserer 3er WG in Pfaffhausen. Die 4,5-Zimmer-Wohnung ist etwa 100m² gross, hat ein grosses Wohnzimmer mit Beamer, eine ausgestattete Küche und Essbereich, ein Bad und ein WC, einen Mini-Balkon und einen Wintergarten. Das Zimmer ist etwa 14m² gross und ist unmöbliert. Es ist sehr ruhig hier, gibt einen Wald und sehr angenehme Nachbarn! Wir werden voraussichtlich per Ende November ausziehen, also gibt es die Möglichkeit, die gesamte Wohnung per 1. Dezember zu übernehmen. Kurz zu uns: Emile (m,25) kommt aus der Schweiz und spricht Deutsch, Englisch und Dänisch, ich (m,26) komme aus Italien und spreche Deutsch, Englisch, Italienisch und Spanisch. Emile studiert und ich bin berufstätig. Wir spielen zusammen Fussball, unternehmen aber auch sonst gerne Sachen zusammen wie gemeinsam Kochen, auf der Couch chillen, aber wir geniessen oft auch unsere Privatsphäre. Wir sind beide offen, freundlich, entspannt, sportlich aktiv und gerne draussen unterwegs. Wir freuen uns! Liebe Grüsse Emile und Loris :) \------ Dear Apartment Seekers :) We, Emile and Loris (25 and 26), are looking for a roommate to join our three-person shared apartment in Pfaffhausen. The 4.5-room apartment is about 100m² in size and features a large living room with a projector, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a bathroom and a separate toilet, a small balcony, and a wintergarden. The room is about 14m² and is unfurnished. It's very quiet here; there's a forest and very nice neighbors! We plan to move out by the end of November, so there’s an opportunity to take over the entire apartment as of December 1. A little about us: Emile (male, 25) is from Switzerland and speaks German, English, and Danish; I (male, 26) am from Italy and speak German, English, Italian, and Spanish. Emile is a student, and I work full-time. We play soccer together, but we also enjoy doing other things together, like cooking, chilling on the couch, though we often enjoy our privacy as well. We’re both open-minded, friendly, laid-back, active, and love being outdoors.
