The central location offers many advantages. The apartment is located directly next to the train station, the village shop, Coop, post office, municipal administration, and various restaurants are within a three- to four-minute walk. The renovated apartment has new windows and is therefore not disturbed by street noise or returning night owls. Facts about the apartment The rooms are of different sizes and the rent per room varies accordingly between 400.- and 550.- Fr. (including 50.- NK) The rooms can be rented as single rooms. The ancillary costs are divided among the occupants. The rent includes the use of the washing machine, kitchen, and living room, as well as the bathroom. If a parking space for a car is desired, there is a covered parking space for 80.- Fr./month or an uncovered one for 50.- Fr./month Willingness to live in a shared apartment Living in a shared apartment with people you didn't know before requires an open attitude towards others, willingness to compromise, and a willingness to dialogue in organizing everyday life and expressing your own needs.
