Shared room for rent from September 1st Bright room for sublet from September 1st in Oerlikon city center. Tram lines 50-51-10 to the station, 5 minutes on foot. Nearby post office, Postfinance, and various shopping options. The sublease contract is only valid until September 2027, as the house will be demolished. A relocation is still possible. The room is fully furnished with a wardrobe, a bed with slats (180 x 200), and a dresser. For the furniture, I charge an additional cost of 350 CHF (only once) and a monthly rent deposit, otherwise, I give the room without furniture. The room is 20 m² in size. We are only looking for non-smoking women who work and have a valid permit.
