Room for rent in a shared apartment

Hello, in our 4-person shared apartment, one room is available. The apartment is very spacious. The fully equipped kitchen has a large corner bench, which is the central meeting point of the apartment. The bathroom has a bathtub, which is also suitable for showering, and a window. We will be four people in total. I myself am a weekday resident and 90% not present on weekends. The room is furnished, but you are also welcome to furnish it yourself. Additionally, there is a basement where a lot of stuff can be stored.
